Om rollen

Som Business Developer blir du en central del av Coromatic Groups strategiska arbete. Du rapporterar till Group Head of Strategy & Transformation och ansvarar för att driva utvecklingsinitiativ inom hela koncernen. Rollen innebär att du arbetar med analys, planering, design, implementering och uppföljning av interna projekt och aktiviteter – från förstudier till genomförande.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

Planera och leda interna utvecklingsprojekt
Designa och facilitera workshops
Arbeta med förändringsledning och statusrapportering
Hantera intressenter och driva förändringsarbete
Bidra till att utveckla och stärka koncernens strategiska kapabiliteter

Vi söker dig som har:

Erfarenhet av affärsutveckling, projektledning eller consulting
Stark analytisk förmåga och vana att arbeta med strategiska analyser
Förmåga att driva projekt från idé till genomförande
God kommunikationsförmåga och erfarenhet av att facilitera workshops
Erfarenhet av förändringsledning och stakeholder management

Det är meriterande att du har:

Erfarenhet från internationella organisationer
Kunskap inom M&A, integration eller PMO-arbete

For what purposes and on what legal grounds can personal data be processed? The personal data is processed for the purpose of carrying out the recruitment procedure. The treatment is based on our legitimate interest in efficient and accurate recruitment process. If you have consented that we may process the data for future recruitments, the data may be processed for that purpose and based on such consent.

With whom can personal data be shared? The personal data may be shared with the other Coromatic companies and may be disclosed to any recruitment consultant or other service provider engaged in connection with the recruitment procedure. No personal data is transferred outside the EU / EEA.

How long is the personal data stored? The personal data may be stored during the time the recruitment process is in progress, after which the information is deleted. If you have consented that we may process the data for future recruitments, the information may instead be preserved for two years after the consent has been given (or until the consent has previously been revoked), after which they are deleted. Regardless of the above, we may store the data as long as a job seeker who is not employed can take legal action in respect of the recruitment.
